Reason #19 why I love my lover...
Because he supports me. Especially with my weight loss.
I've officially decided (as of last night) that I'm bringing back this:
I did this last year and lost like 25 lbs I think it was, in a month. It's exactly what I need. I need someone to tell me what to eat and how to exercise and this book does just that. I love it. I eat a lot differently now and buy food differently. I've learned so much. I'm so glad that my hubby is supportive of me. He didn't know me in high school when I played bball and was in shape. So I know he loves me for me. But I think I've let myself go a little and I hate not being able to just go ride a bike or run or do stuff and be outta breath. I've also said many times I had a long delivery with Charlotte and I know it's shorter 2nd time around but I wanna be in better shape so I feel better and weigh less next pregnancy.
So anyway, last night I got out my book and spent an hour searching for ingredients I had and writing down a list of what I needed. Then I spent about and hour at walmart this morning and got everything I needed. I'm just glad Scott is willing to adapt with me. We did buy him backup food because Scott doesn't really need to worry about losing weight. He's pretty thin as it is so we got him some frozen stuff or canned soups and things like that so if he doesn't want what I'm eating then he can cook for himself. He said he feels bad that I've kinda strayed from it because it was a big inconvenience for me to make two separate meals and what not. So he's trying to help push me because I need it.
I'm really excited to start it up Monday. I've been running a bit lately and if it's warm Charlotte and I will ride the bike. I'm glad I'm a little ahead on the exercise thing so once I tighten up what I eat and go low fat I should see more results more quickly. Love the biggest loser for that. I still need to get the dessert book they put out. I have most of their books and love them. The recipes are really good and I really feel so much healthier when I eat everything by the book. It's amazing. That's my stamp of approval and my encouragement to those looking to get healthier... seriously give biggest loser a try. It's not a diet. It's a lifestyle change and it's amazing!
So anyway, thanks to my husband for loving me for me and supporting me when I wanna make myself a happier me!
