This was the beginning of March I think. Charlotte was super stoked as you can see.
Now 15 interesting facts... oh my... let's see what I can come up with....
1. I absolutely love basketball. If I could play every day I probably would. (hoping to get our hoop up soon so that can be more of a reality)
2. Thanks to basketball and a series of unfortunate events I've sprained my right ankle 11 times and my left only 3 times...plus multiple jammed fingers that I could never keep track of... thankfully no broken bones!
3. I had an amazing opportunity to go to Hawaii with my family the year I graduated and we got to hike to see a real live lava flow! One of the coolest things I've ever seen!
4. To go with number 3... I love science. Especially like geology like stuff. For fun I sometimes watch documentaries on volcanoes, earthquakes, etc... I find it all so interesting.
5. Kind of with number 4 too... I also love geography. Some of my favorites classes I took in college. I love to learn about other cultures and other countries. It would be a dream to even just travel the US in my life but I would not complain about trips around the world!
6. Am I a total nerd or what.... I love meteorology too. UT is a good fit for me. Lots of changes in weather. Favorite weather site is nws.noaa.gov. I refer to it at least once a day. I loved taking meteorology in college and its probably the only book I actually kept. I love the weather and I'm so excited for the summer storms. They're the best! Oh and I also like checking out the site for the GOES satellite. Some really great photos especially during hurricane season.
7. I'm a big fan of animals. If I could live at the zoo I would. If I had endless amounts of money I would purchase Hogle Zoo and super large plots of land so the animals would have more room and be happier. The zoo has improved from what I remember before I ever lived here. But still, I think of like the San Diego Wild Animal park and all the land those animals have. It's amazing. And I just love animals and wish I could keep everything as a pet. For now it's just the dog and snake.
8. Both my parents can roll their tongues but I can't and neither can my brother or sister.
9. Instead of mayonnaise I say it like "man-aze." Instead of crayon I say it like "cran." Instead of envelope I say it like "on-velope." - All of those drive Scott crazy and its funny. He always corrects me or says he doesn't understand me because I'm not pronouncing it right...hahahaha... love him.
10. I have battle scars from cooking. On each arm I sport some pretty sweet burn marks thanks to me being careless while pulling things out of the oven and suddenly developing horrible depth perception so that my arms touch something thats roughly 350 degrees or more.
11. I actually like to clean. Who says that right? For me its therapeutic. I used to spend that time every weekend cleaning my car when I was single and living at home in Cali but now I use it on my own home (neglecting the car). I eventually had to set up a daily schedule for myself otherwise I would seriously spend an entire day cleaning everything. Now I have different things broken up into different days and I can keep the house neater and cleaner this way without killing myself. The OCD will take over and I'll stress myself out over it. So yeah, there it is...I don't even mind the bathroom. Love a nice clean bathroom!
12. I wouldn't be surprised if I seriously had a slight case of OCD. I get ideas in my head about organizing or how to do something better and can't let it go. Like recently I wanted to go through all of Charlotte's baby clothes and re-organize them and re-label it all. I thought I'd need more totes but haven't had the money and today it was bugging me so I improvised. I now have 3 bags to take to DI of stuff. I condensed my purses and my summer season stuff into one large tote to make room in two other totes and spent probably about 4 hours or more today separating all of Charlotte's clothes, size newborn to 18 months, into piles (and I mean like shirts, pants, shorts, dresses, sweaters... every single item into its own pile in the correct age group) and then packing them back into totes and re-labeling. Next on the list.... rearranging the back room to eventually be Charlotte's new room....
13. I love music. As long as I have my music I can run or walk as far as I can or ride my bike for hours. If it weren't for my ipod I would be a lot less likely to exercise because the music makes it that much more enjoyable for me.
14. Teaching is one of my favorite things. I'm super duper lucky to be teaching the 14-15 yr olds at church and I love it! Even when they are naughty and won't listen. I get so excited to share the things that I love so much to help them make the connection and understand. It's the greatest part of my calling and I look forward to it every week!
15. I love to drive and go new places. I would love to just drive across the country and visit each state. That is my ultimate dream. Sometimes when its too cold to really be out with Charlotte, I just like to take a drive somewhere new. I love seeing new things and just be out experiencing all the great places our country has to offer. One of my favorite trips was when Scott and I drove to Yosemite to camp for a few days. I had a blast just exploring. Even our honeymoon when we did a road trip to Aspen, CO then to Denver then up to Cheyenne, WY. It was so fun to drive through the Rocky Mountains! So much fun to see new things. Lucky for me I've only been in UT almost 6 years so there is still lots for me to see. Like Moab! I've never been but wanna go so bad!
So hopefully I didn't bore anyone but there ya go...

Hi. Saw your post on Elizabeth's blog and just wanted to tell you we've been having trouble TTC as well and you're not alone! New follower by the way =]
It's kinda scary how much we are a like. I'm like reading all these things and nodding my head to each one. Except the one about cleaning... but I am totally on board with all the other stuff. Maybe when our kids are old and grown we can road trip around the country. I've always wanted to do that! :)
I love you Audrey! :) thanks for your support! cant wait to go to Idaho!!!
