Big Bang

On a lovely Sunday morning hurricane Charlotte came rolling in. We had Stake Conference so it was a mellow morning. Not rushing to get anything together for lessons or anything. But my dear sweet Charlotte was throwing fits and freaking out over eating breakfast. I made waffles and she had a few bites then kept spitting them out. I couldn't do anything to make her happy. So during one of her lovely fits she was doing all the throwing of her body and what not. She went to stand up and move and because her eyes were closed she tripped over her magna-doodle and that just happened to be right against the coffee table. So her right cheek and eye went right into the edge. Awesome. Poor kid. She started bruising immediately. I felt so bad for her. It looked like it hurt pretty bad. We tried to keep some ice on it for a few but she wasn't super patient with that and wanted Scott to hold her (Daddy's girl). She's lucky she didn't cut anything open. The one by her eye almost looks like a floor burn. Luckily she survived. But I got a couple pics that kind of turned out.
