Looks like its time for an update...

Well I have been keeping plenty busy. After my last appt I had a chiropractor appt. I'll probably go back once a month while I'm pregnant. It seems to be helping my tailbone quite a bit and my previous back pain is gone. Love it! Every Thurs. night our young women have had volleyball games. I'm coaching this season. We're undefeated so far. They have done so awesome! We have a game tonight and two more after that. Then, fingers crossed, hopefully we're going to region.

Friday I got a call from my mom saying she couldn't find their dog and she told me how she had fallen while getting on her horse the day before so she couldn't go out and look for her. So I went down and thank goodness Jetta was fine. She got herself stuck in one of the pens out in their front yard. Then the next day Chloe was going to come with me to the aquarium since Scott had a 7 hour training to go to. But while Chloe was getting ready we get a call from my dad who was taking my brother to the airport. Their yukon was running weird and he thought the fuel pump was going out. He made it to the airport but was having issues there so he had to call a tow truck. He was supposed to be taking my mom to the instacare when he got back because she wasn't feeling much better from her fall. She thought she cracked some ribs and that her kidney might be swollen. She was in a lot of pain still. So my dad got towed into town and Chloe took him the truck. I took my mom to the instacare which was basically right across the street from where my dad was. Then I picked up Chloe and the dog (my dad had taken the dog for a car ride to the airport) and we took Jet back home then headed to the aquarium. We had fun at the aquarium. My mom at least found out what was wrong. It was her kidney that was swollen and she had a little internal bleeding but not bad. They just gave her some stuff for the pain and to get the swelling down. She's already doing better and should be good in another week or two. Hopefully!

Then there was crazy Sunday. I was speaking in Sacrament Meeting then had to get two tables set up for Super Saturday displays and hurry off to teach Teacher Development. Scott was subbing for my old class and he had to try and detach Charlotte at nursery quickly so he could teach at the same time. Oh and that was also after he went solo with her in Sacrament since I had to speak. It was kinda funny to watch but she did last the whole meeting in there! Then they had asked me to go to nursery to help for the last block. It was kind of fun to see Charlotte in there. She is a silly girl. Then it took some time to clean everything up and we made it back home in time for Scott to be there for 10 min before he left for a 2 hour meeting. That evening we were finally able to relax.

Monday Charlotte came along with me to volleyball practice. I wasn't feeling the best so it worked out that I didn't play with the girls. Scott had like a 15 hour shift that day. Then we stopped up at his parent's after dinner to grab a couple home movies. It's always fun to watch how silly he was as a kid. Tuesday was crazy visiting teaching day. We visited all 3 of our sisters in the morning. It's always nice to have it set up in one day. Our route got changed a little so we have a new sister now and it was fun to get to know her a little better. Yesterday I picked my brother up from the airport for my mom since she can't drive. Charlotte loved seeing all the planes. Then we went back and had lunch with my mom. Then Charlotte was a monster the rest of the day :) Okay well maybe only most of it but it was enough.

Charlotte has been doing some funny stuff. Yesterday morning she comes in at like 4:40am and climbs in bed then starts kicking Scott out of the bed saying, "Dad out, Dad out." He was laughing and just decided to get dressed since he had to leave in 10 min anyway for work. She tried to kick Toby out too but I wouldn't let her. When she hears the garage door open (like today when Scott stopped home to grab some food) she yells, "It's Dad! It's Dad!" and today she even let out an excited scream. It was so funny. She looooooves her Dad so much. It's cute to see how happy she is when he comes home. She is getting pretty good at putting words together now and its fun to hear her talking and using fairly complete sentences.  She is obsessed with Yo Gabba Gabba (and calls it Gagga Mo or Yo Gagga Mo). My mom was showing her some stuff online yesterday and she was getting so excited. She also really likes America's Funniest Home Videos. I also just discovered they have more Sesame Street on netflix so she's watching that for the first time now and I'm pretty sure it'll be a new obsession. Her current movies are Lilo and Stitch and Goofy Movie. Those are the two we've watched most recently. I'm sure it'll change again soon. It usually does.

So I think we're pretty set on the name Jackson for a boy. It's the only name that sticks out to me and it just seems to fit. Plus its super cute to hear Charlotte say Jackson or Jack Jack. My mom has already bought a bunch of boy clothes. I had some of Charlotte's I can use but we still need quite a bit. I'm keeping my eyes on sales and making sure we really watch our spending. Scott's cousin already got me a nursing pillow. I found a really sweet one for $20 on walmart.com. It wasn't a boppy (I can't believe those are like $40-$50!) but it does the same thing and has this piece of material that folds into this pocket and it basically becomes a baby holder thing. It's hard to explain but I don't think the boppy brand does that and this was half the price. Oh and the material seemed okay but is really cute in person. It's got animals all over it and just super cute. So big thanks to Liz! She is awesome! Super glad I got a gender neutral car seat so we're good there. Yahoo! So this baby is SUPER active. I thought Charlotte moved a lot... oh man... this kid is crazy. And I'm only 22 weeks. He is gonna go crazy the bigger he gets and the more squished he gets. He moves so much. Almost always when I'm putting Charlotte down and trying to fall asleep myself. A lot early in the morning when I'm trying to sleep as well. Almost any time I sit on the bed and am on the computer. I'm already having issues just sitting on the bed using the computer. It gets pretty uncomfortable fairly quick. I can't lay on my back. I'm getting good at sleeping on my side now. I can kinda sleep on my stomach still but its more to the side now. I am just amazed at how big I am feeling when I'm only this far along. We got a long way to go! It's gonna be quite the ride! :)

Well I think that catches things up. I hope I survive this next week with all the Super Saturday stuff. I'm really excited to be doing it and so glad we have such an awesome committee. I get to work with a lot of awesome women. Glad to be part of their team. As for now I better get this house picked up before volleyball so Scott doesn't have too much to do. He works so hard for us!
