Day 6 of 30

Well the one post is supposed to be about my husband. I've posted about him recently and will post more on the 16th about how we first started dating and all that. So onto the other thing.... a pic of an animal I'd love to keep as a pet. This is really hard for me because I love animals. I just want to keep every one as a pet. Some are rather exotic and shouldn't be pets like a wombat or a sloth or even an otter. But a little more realistic would be this:

I have always wanted a cockatoo. I had two friends that owned them. I have heard the noise they make. Yes they are loud and yes they do make messes. I also owned a cockatiel who thought it was a lot of fun to throw her seed over the side of the cage and she was pretty messy. But I love birds. They are a lot to clean up after but I just adore them. This cockatoo over there is a salmon crested cockatoo. I always thought they were so beautiful. Unfortunately they are also very expensive so if I ever got one (if I could ever convince Scott) it would be a long time. But look how cute it is? Who wouldn't want a bird that beautiful?
