Birthday Celebration on Super Bowl Sunday

So this year my birthday didn't fall on Super Bowl Sunday, thank goodness, but I still celebrated with my family then. I knew it would be easier since we were all gonna hang out then anyway. Might as well celebrate my birthday too. Kill two birds with one stone kinda thing. So we got together and were able to watch some of the Super Bowl. Charlotte was a pill at times. But the smart people at abc family put Toy Story 2 on when the Super Bowl came on. Only problem is commercials. Charlotte's not used to commercials. So she would get rather upset when those came on. But she looked so cute in her little chair at my parent's.

We didn't make a bunch of snacks like we normally do for the Super Bowl. We were going to do a turkey dinner then I bought a Boston Cream from Pastries On Main for dessert. The cake looked soooo good and I think they did an amazing job. The Sostanza pastry chef is amazing. It tasted incredible. It was almost like their éclair in cake form. The cream was so cool and creamy. The cake was light and moist. And the chocolate on top just melted in your mouth. It was worth every penny.
