Because I found a list last week from an institute class I took. I believe it was marriage and family that they offered at the time. We were asked to make a list of qualities we look for in our future spouse. It just so happens that Scott had all of those qualities. I wanted someone who loved me for me. Someone who was active in church and loved to read the scriptures and prayed daily. A man who was worthy to hold the priesthood. A return missionary (the speaking Spanish part was a bonus :) ). And of course a man who's ultimate goal was to be married in the temple for time and all eternity. He is definitely all those things and I'm so glad we have the same goals and are headed in the same direction together. I know he is the one I want to spend eternity with and I'm so thankful I get him for that long. I can't imagine my life without him now and I'm so thankful he's all those things and more from my list. I couldn't be any luckier.
