Day 14 and 15 of 28

Reasons #14 and #15 why I love my lover...

First, because he wrote me the most sweetest note ever yesterday.

We didn't have a lot of money so we didn't have plans for V-day. He ended up only working 6 hrs so he was off around 9am. We thought it'd be fun to go into SLC to see his dad and have lunch with him. He just happened to have switched offices and has the most AMAZING view of temple square. He's got a corner office so all he has to do is just look out his window and he's got the temple right there. It's incredible! I'd love to see that view all day! We ended up at Cafe Rio and Charlotte loved having lunch with Grandpa (or pop pop and she sometimes says...Scott and I have stolen that from Arrested Development :) ). She'd turn to me and say "pop pop" and smile while pointing to her Grandpa Spence. After that we headed home to squeeze in a nap for Charlotte then Scott and I had bball practice with the youth. Then a quick stop at the park after to let Charlotte play. Our super romantic dinner consisted of corn dogs while we all shared a little ramekin of homemade honey mustard. Then once Charlotte was down and we were in bed Scott gave me a little note he wrote. Best not from him ever. He used to get me cards a lot when we were dating but it's been a while so it was really nice to have that. All I gave him was a little Disney valentine I found in a drawer that was from Robin Hood and said "you're so foxy" or something like that. I wrote a little note with it and stuck it in his car so he'd see it bright and early at 3am when he headed to work. So it wasn't big but we had a big dinner the week before. But it was just  about the sweetest thing ever.

Second.... his eyes. I love Scott's eyes. They might look brown to everyone else but they're not. In the center they're a lighter brown but the outside changes colors. It looks a little bluer when he wears blue, greener with green (my fav color on him), grayer with black and in the sunlight I just love it. I love to look into his eyes. They are amazing.

Just thought you'd like to know that "pop, pop" enjoyed his day with you! When are you going to pop by and have school lunch with me? J/K you don't want to have school lunch but plan on bringing Charlotte in when they have spring school pictures!
