Bike ride before the storm

Scott got home from work a little earlier yesterday. Charlotte had been asleep and I was making hair clips. He said that he probably wouldn't have to go back so I thought, now is a great time to exercise. I had heard something about rain but hadn't seen anything all day and it was like 65 out. Totally taking advantage of that. So I got changed and headed out. It takes almost an hour and a half round trip to go from our house up to Anaconda as far as I can ride before its private property, then back. It's a really pretty ride and pretty quiet and a great workout. There is an incline then evens out slightly before going up a hill. It's pretty killer on your legs but once you get over that hill its a little more relaxing. So anyway, I'm riding and I finally make it up over the hill and as I'm looking around its looking like rain might be moving in. I stopped to take some pics at one point so you can see what was coming at me:
Some of the color was off a bit and it was kinda hard to match it up but that was about the panoramic view I had. So I figure I better start riding a little faster. As I get to the end of the road I'm noticing the temperature dropping. I put my sweater on (which I almost didn't bring because it was so warm) and as I turn around it's like the wind totally shifts and its a really cold wind. So this normally easy hill is becoming a pain because this freezing wind is pushing so hard on me. I just rode like I've never rode. I could see the rain coming. Once I get back to the big hill its a super easy ride home. Basically downhill although there was much more wind pushing into me. It started sprinkling but luckily that was about it. It didn't start raining more until later. Thank goodness. Just in time. Oh and I saw a bald eagle! Second one this year! He was flying around as I was going up the hill and landed in a nearby field. It was crazy! I saw him in the same area coming back down too. So neat!
