Day 14 and 15

Okay so day 14 is a picture of me from last year and how I've changed:
This was the closest one to a year ago of me I could find. Well I might weigh a little more sadly. I've been trying to keep up with this biggest loser thing but this paycheck only left me $100 for groceries for two weeks and with the prices of stuff going up, that is not very good. So I can't buy a ton of produce like normal and there were lots of little things I needed to stock up on so my weight has gone up a bit but I'm getting in better shape. I've been trying to run more since I'm not eating as well as I'd like. When I have the time I do one of my biggest loser workout videos but its really hard when Charlotte won't let me do anything until she goes down for a nap. I've been cleaning a lot though. Trying to get some spring cleaning done around the house so that helps burn a few more calories. So maybe next paycheck I can do more. We'll see. Anyway, I think I've become a little more organized. I've decluttered a bunch and got a great cleaning schedule down so my house stays way cleaner than it used to with less work. I'm always learning more as Charlotte grows and develops. I think my cooking has improved a bit more. I learn new things every day and try to make the things I already know better. I think I'm a little craftier. I try to come up with creative ways to use stuff I have. And I'm probably cheaper than ever. I use every last drop of shampoo. I hate to waste things. Even with toothpaste. When my husband would have probably thrown the tube away, I will get another weeks worth out of it. I squeeze that baby dry! I think that's all I can think of....

Okay so now to catch up... Day 15, a scripture verse. Well I'll go with my favorite of course:
2 Nephi 32:3
"aAngels speak by the power of the Holy Ghost; wherefore, they speak the words of Christ. Wherefore, I said unto you, bfeast upon the cwords of Christ; for behold, the words of Christ will dtell you all things what ye should do."

I love that scripture because I've found it to be true in my own life. When I study the scriptures and go to church and I'm "feasting" on the words of Christ, I know exactly what I'm doing. Life is great, I'm happier and things just run so smoothly. When I have a question about something and turn to the scriptures, I can find the answer. The gospel is so great. There is an answer for everything. And when in doubt, you pray and you'll get your answer and the doubt will be gone. What a great thing! I just love the scriptures so much and I learn so many different things each time I read them. I will admit, I've slacked off a bit recently but getting to study them for Sunday School helps. But of course I have ups and downs like everyone and I'll get back there again. I just gotta keep doing the best I can! That's all we can do really.
