Jackson's Blessing

So Saturday was spent doing my Friday cleaning since we were gone all day. Scott had region bball for the young men so it took me sooooo long to get things cleaned up. I didn't get to the yard until late so I could hardly see or do much. Then Sunday morning I had to sweep out the garage. We decided to put the food out there to free up some space inside. We had planned to go to the park and do stuff there but it seemed a little cool. So we just did it at our house.

We had a good turnout of family and friends. Even some from out of state. We were so thankful to all those who came. Sadly my brother couldn't make it. He had a terrible case of pink eye and we definitely don't want that getting around. But it was really great to see everyone there and to have that time with them at our house and to just have a good time. Our ward was full to the brim. We had two other blessings that day. The Proctor's and Day's. It was funny that Scott and Clint are home teaching companions and they home teach the Proctor's and those were the three babies blessed that day. Interesting coincidence. Scott did a great job on the blessing. After church we headed to our house and ate. All the kids kept wanting to see Monty so we took him out and he was quite the hit. Jackson got passed around and got lots of love. He was so exhausted after everyone left that he just crashed. We were pretty exhausted at the end of the day too.

Although I got kinda stressed leading up to it, it was a really great day. Things turned out great and we can't thank everyone enough for any help offered and even just being there to support us. I don't have much extended family that wants to stay in contact with us so its great to have Scott's family there along with my parents and sister. We are just so thankful to those friends and family. Thanks so much everyone! We loved to see all of you!

 I love his little outfit. Scott's Grandma Bennion has made all these outfits for the babies when they're blessed. She did Charlotte's gown and I love that she'll always have something unique and special made from her. Same with this. And I just love the tails on the vest and his little bow tie....so cute!

 Here's Ashlee and cute little Addy, the newest member of the Spence's. She is such a cutie. We all adore her. These two new babies look just like their sister's. Jackson is Charlotte Jr. and Addy is Mylee Jr.

 We need a picture with Mark and these girls so we can see how much alike they all look. These girls look quite a bit like their dad. I still can't believe how big and grown up Mylee seems.
