First off, Charlotte. She is so silly. And she says silly things. She tells us about her scary dreams. She has a very good imagination. She loves to be a princess. She loves to draw. She likes to rock out with her guitar and tambourine. She loves to go on walks. She looooooves playing angry birds on our Roku. She loves watching Aquabats and telling me all about it. She loves dancing and singing along to songs in the car. I love when she sings "That's Not My Name" by the Ting Tings. It's hilarious. She likes Taylor Swift too. Charlotte is a smarty pants. She can write a good chunk of her letter's. I only learned this while making valentine's for her Grandma's and Pop pop's. I had to help her spell stuff but she wrote the majority of the letters. She is super tall. She is now fitting into size 5 or 6 shirts and dresses. She has a long torso. But a super tiny waist. So we like to go for skinny jeans with adjustable waist bands or leggings. She still can wear 3T stuff for her waist size but fits in some 4T stuff. Her feet aren't too big. She's been at a size 9 for a while now. And he hair is getting really long. But she loves her long blonde "Tangled" hair. Oh and this is her drawing of Toby. Had to get a picture of this!
Then we have Jackson. He is growing all the time. That dude is tall with BIG feet. He is wearing a size 5 shoe already! He fits in most 12 month stuff okay. He's skinny like his sister though. He can wear some 18 month stuff now. He is a boy! This kid will climb anything he is physically capable of. He loves getting on and off the couch. His new thing is to climb on the coffee table and walk on it. Great. We might be moving that downstairs for a bit. He gets hurt constantly. He is always bonking his head. Today he tumbled off the couch and cut his lip. He's actually pretty good about going feet first off of most stuff but climbing on Charlotte while trying to get down was his downfall today. He can walk so fast. He will be running in no time. He's so happy and smiles a ton. He loooooves his milk. He drinks a ton of it. I think he went through a gallon in just over a week. We don't drink a ton of milk over here so that's super fast! He likes to snuggle and cuddle. He does pretty good on walks. He loves Charlotte and follows her around a lot. Here is a pic of him. I think Scott had run over to help someone with a blessing so I was trying to get Charlotte in the bath. I needed to keep Jack Jack distracted so I stuck him on her chair and gave him some milk and put on some arts and music show on netflix. He just looked so cute and grown up hanging out.
Now when you get these two together, it makes for a couple tired parents! They are crazy! But cute and fun. We are so lucky to have these two be part of our family!
Amazing how bringing home diapers from Costco can be a huge highlight for these two. If Spongebob and Patrick can have a blast in a box, these two sure can! Jackson was totally entertained but closing up his sister in the box.
Jackson will try to cuddle Charlotte but he ends up like throwing himself backwards and looking super awkward with her. And can you tell Charlotte dressed herself?
This was a glimpse from this morning. A morning rock session. Jackson on drums and Charlotte on guitar. Oh man... these two...
