Kindergarten

So Charlotte is officially in school. She never did preschool so I was pretty nervous how she would do handling it and she has been a rock star. She's only in half day. Her teacher is Mrs. Asher and she seems really awesome. Charlotte wouldn't even let me walk her into the school the first day. She wanted to go all by herself. She is making new friends. All her church friends got put in AM kindergarten and she' in PM. Mon, Tues, Thurs, and Fri she's in school from 12:45-3:30. Then on Wed. it's 11-12:30. It will take us some time to get Jack's nap schedule in sync with that. His nap time has been around noon or 1 so it's not a huge change but we walk so we have to be out the door by 3:15. He just needs to fall asleep faster so I don't have to wake him up. I'm sure we'll get there soon enough. It's only been 2 days. I asked Charlotte if I could take a picture of her so I could make this with her favorites so we could do one each year and make a book out of it when she's older. She posed "like a ballerina". She's funny.
