Biggest Loser Recipes
So I thought I'd share some recipes from my Biggest Loser 30 day jump start book. There are some really great recipes that I love and they're so good for you! So on my other blog I posted some from the first few days of the plan that I really like. The best part about doing the Biggest Loser program is that you get to eat. All the time! In order to lose weight you need to eat 3 meals and 2 snacks. So basically every 2-3 hrs. And for someone who loves food and loves to eat, it's perfect. It's all about choosing the right meals and right snacks though. You can be full on low cal and low fat food.
