Exercising

So I've been doing much better this past week with my exercising. I've been sick and its been hard but I tried to still drag myself out to just walk for 30 minutes. I was just starting to feel really good yesterday. I decided to go on a 6 mile bike ride up Anaconda and it felt so good. Charlotte was napping so Scott stayed with her. I strapped my ipod on my arm and rode away. It was nice and relaxing... well it was relaxing the second half of the ride. The first 30 minutes is the hardest. It's all uphill to Smelter Hwy then there is the beast hill. Once you make it over that the ride is much better. I took a few pics. It was rather cloudy but I still managed to get a little color on my face.
Oh and I had to take a pic of all the shell casings. I guess the end of the road past Anaconda must be a hot spot for people to shoot. I think I even saw pieces of a clay pigeon. It just seems like the total Tooele thing. All the hunters we've got out here.









So I've started using myfitnesspal.com. A couple people have talked about it and I had it written down for a couple weeks to check out sometimes. Its really nice to see what exactly I'm eating and how much I'm burning when I exercise. I lost 4.5 lbs too so that's exciting. I'm at a total of  13.5 lbs for the last couple months. Hopefully I keep it up. I just hope this horrible sore throat that started plaguing me last night goes away soon. I was so close to feeling so much better then I get hit hard. Onto week 2 of being sick. I hope I can start to run again soon. I did a little last week when I felt better. Hopefully again this week. Ugh, I hope what I type makes sense. I'm so out of it and feel so yucky. Anyway, yay for getting healthier!
