Day 5 and 6

I'm kinda sucking at the blogging thing right now. Just been really busy with lots of stuff and I'm sure I'll find ways to make myself busier. So here I am catching up on yet another challenge...

Day 5 is a song to match your mood and Day 6 is a picture of something that makes me happy.

First... the song.... hard to decide my mood but I can be quite a day dreamer so maybe I'd go with "Set Apart This Dream" by Flyleaf. You can see the lyrics here. I also found a video. It's one someone made with clips from their other music videos but you can hear the song. I love Flyleaf. I love Lacey's voice and just love their music.

As far as a picture of something that makes me happy.... oh man... such a hard one. I love food. That makes me happy. Being LDS makes me happy too but there is something that always brings a smile to my face...
First... my hubby. I love him so much and every now and again while he's at work I'll look over and see pics from our wedding day or there is his mission pics and I think... man.... I am one lucky girl. He is so dang cute and pretty much the best husband ever. Can't forget how much alike we are. I always said I wanted a male version of myself because I know I can get along with myself. He's the best. He makes me happier than anybody ever has. Then there is our beautiful daughter. This pic was from last summer (two other things that make me happy: swimming and summer!) so she looks quite older now but even when she's throwing a fit I love her. I just look at her and think, I am so lucky I married her dad so we could create this amazing little girl who is the cutest little monkey I've ever seen. I am so lucky she came to our family and she's more like me than I like to admit.... the lack of patience.... stubbornness...she's also a lot more independent than I ever was. But then she is also so sweet. She loves to cuddle and give hugs and kisses. I feel like the luckiest mom ever. So glad these two are mine and I get to be with them forever! Literally! It's amazing! How could that not make you happy?
