Oops... Days 23-27

I got behind a bit. Go me!

Day 23 - Favorite movie... repeat of day 7 or something so yeah... not doing that

Day 24 - Something I've learned... I've learned that it doesn't matter what stuff you have as long as you're happy. We don't have smart phones. We don't have flat screen tvs. Our cars are 10 yrs +. We don't have 4 wheelers. We don't even pay for satellite or cable. The majority of our stuff is used. I grew up with some good stuff. My parent's gave us some really neat things and I felt pretty spoiled. I really appreciated all those things I had and the nice clothes my parent's bought me. I'm pretty cheap now. I hate to spend more than $10 on a shirt. $5 is great if I can. I use up everything. I'm really trying to save where I can so we can get outta debt. I would love to have some nicer things and to have newer/bigger cars but I am so thankful to have what we have. I really have learned that those nice things don't matter. I love to spend time with my family because they're all I have up here. I really treasure the time I get to spend with my family. We might barely be getting by but I'm not missing out on any moment of Charlotte growing up. I get to see all her firsts. I also have learned to be more organized and take care of our home better because I have more time here to do so. So yeah, we don't have a lot of stuff and we don't get to go on cruises or trips all over the world but we have each other.

Day 26 - My dream car
Easy... a '57 Chevy Bel Air. Oh man.... I looooooove that car. It gives me chills. I would love to cruise around in one of these. It's so gorgeous!

Day 27 - Original photo of the city I live in.... Alrighty... let's see what I got....

This is probably the best view of the valley I have. I have pics of mountains and the lake but this view is from the T on the hill. I took this on a hike with the young women.

Finally caught up... whew....
