Jack Jack

So we're coming up on 6 months. 6 months already! He is growing like a weed. He's a big boy. So tall! He started solids 2-3 weeks ago. He wasn't a huge fan of plain rice cereal. He is loving the veggies and fruits. Right now we mix a fruit with the oatmeal cereal for breakfast and a veggie with some rice cereal for dinner. He sometimes doesn't like to sit in his seat for long and gets frustrated. He sometimes wants to feed himself or chew on the spoon. Then he gets mad and just cries. So its hard sometimes but usually he does pretty good. He's way ahead of Charlotte. We started her on rice cereal at 6 months and she wasn't quite ready. It took her a bit longer with swallowing and eating. But man once she got it down she ate like crazy. I can't wait for Jackson's appt next Mon so I can get his stats. I bet he's grown a ton since his 4 month.

He is mimicking more. He goes, "beh beh beh," and likes to do it back. When he's in a good mood though. He loves his exercise saucer. He rolls all over. Way more than Charlotte did. She could but didn't much. He sees something he wants and will roll and wiggle his way to it. Its fun to watch him. He's good at rolling left and right but tends to go right slightly more. You can see him try to get his knees up under himself. He wants to move so bad. If he could right now he'd be crawling. We've been working on him sitting up. Charlotte didn't until almost like 8 months old. He is doing so good with it. He loves his baths still. He is still super smiley and oh so sweet. He is fun to cuddle.

He loves Charlotte. She still makes him giggle the most. He loves when she talks to him or plays with him. He loves Toby too. He smiles every time he sees that dog. He still sleeps good. Sometimes he'll only go like 8 hrs and wake up because he rolled on his tummy. Usually he'll sleep between 8 and 10 hrs. I am spoiled when it comes to him. He's been a dream baby. Love our little dude!
