Of course I accepted and finally after a month of going back and forth with names we finally were all set apart yesterday minus my Mia Maid advisor because we're still working on it! I ended up pulling in the Laurel advisor as first counselor and the Mia Maid advisor as second counselor. I decided to keep the secretary as is. It'd be nice to have some continuous flow of certain functions while we're transitioning to our new positions. I pulled in two super awesome women that I can't wait to get to know better as my Beehive and Laurel advisors. We have some amazing young women and every day I am so thankful I know them and I get to hear their testimonies so often. Yesterday was fun because I got to sub the 12-13 yr olds in Sunday school so it was like my last hurrah with my girls and so much fun. Then in YW I was able to leave them with some other thoughts I had too. Luckily I still get to see them so often. These girls will make amazing leaders some day! Now I'm back with Laurels and they were all my Beehives when I first came into YW in my ward. So that's exciting! I got my girls back! I was so sad to leave them the first time but then I was teaching their Sunday School class then so we had a blast. And then I left them again to go back to Beehives.
I am really excited for the new challenges. I'm sure I will be pushed out of my comfort zone but I've been waiting for it. I know I'm at a point where I need some change to help me grow and this will be it. I will have to talk to more people. There will be uncomfortable issues to talk about. There will be times where I have to be bold and that will be new for me. But I also get to share my great love for personal progress with them and try to help them receive their medallion. I can't wait to be part of that! I want them to feel that sense of accomplishment. I want them to come unto Christ which is not only the theme for the year but is exactly what personal progress does for these girls. I can't wait to go to youth conference and girls camp and strengthen those relationships with the youth. I just want them to love the gospel as much as I do. It brings me such great joy and I want them to feel it too!
So while my energy is up for the calling I'm trying to organize myself as best as I can this week. I will be busy busy busy. Especially with camp too. I'll have plenty of meetings to attend but it'll all be worth it. I'm also getting a new phone this week. A smartphone. Took me long enough. Hopefully that will help me organize my schedule better and keep me on top of things. I have been making all kinds of lists to keep things straight in my head and make sure I get everything accomplished I need to. It'll be a big change but I've been waiting a month for it and I'm so excited its here. I can't wait to see what our new presidency can do for these girls! :)

Young Women's President???!!! I'm super impressed, you are so grown up! You will be great and the girls are so lucky to have you. It's funny Ben Williams is the Elder's Quorum President in his ward...we are so old!
